Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are free and require no payment. No refund applies.
First Two Sessions — Full Refund on Unused Sessions
If you decide after your first or second session that coaching isn't the right fit, I will refund the cost of all remaining unused sessions in full. No questions, no pro-rating. Just reach out before your third session and we'll sort it out.
After Two Sessions — Non-Refundable
After the second session, coaching packages are non-refundable. That said, I am committed to the work. If something isn't landing — the pace, the approach, the fit — bring it up in session. I will always adjust before assuming the engagement isn't working.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows forfeit that session and are not eligible for a refund or make-up session.
How to Request a Refund
Email ShannaSun@ShannaSun.com with your name, booking date, and a brief note about the reason. I'll respond within 2 business days and process any eligible refund promptly.
