Questions people actually ask
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The free consultation is a no-pressure conversation to meet Shanna, talk through what you're looking for, and decide which Cakewalk option makes sense.
How does booking work?
Payment and scheduling happen together in one simple checkout. Choose your offer, pick a time, and pay — you'll receive a confirmation with all the details.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a booking confirmation with your session details, a calendar invite, and any prep notes. If you have questions before your first session, just reply to the confirmation email or reach out directly.
What if I'm not sure which option to choose?
Start with the free consultation.
What's the refund policy?
If you decide in the first two sessions that coaching isn't the right fit, I'll refund the remaining unused sessions in full. After that, packages are non-refundable — but I will always work with you to adjust our approach if something isn't landing. See the full Refund Policy for details.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes, with 24 hours notice you can reschedule any session at no cost. Late cancellations — less than 24 hours — or no-shows forfeit that session. Life happens and I understand that; just reach out as soon as you know.
Are sessions virtual?
Yes, all sessions are held over Zoom. That means you can work with me from anywhere in the US, in whatever space is comfortable for you — your kitchen, your car, your couch. It doesn't need to be formal.
More questions? Book the free call — that's exactly what it's for.

You don't need to figure this out alone.
Book a free consultation and we'll figure out together whether coaching is the right next step — no pitch, no pressure.
